You might be wondering, "What makes you qualified to help me?"
Having been in mentorship and ministry for 8+ years, I have heard, seen, and walked through many circumstances not only in my own life, but coaching and praying for others.
I have an undergraduate degree in Family Studies and a Master’s in Applied Family Sciences. This has enabled me to understand human development on a neurological and biological basis while understanding relationship theory and how those affect each other. As a believer, I know it is crucial to know what we are all coming to the table with and understanding God’s design for relationships.
Now, let me introduce you to my mom, Sheri or Lorelai to me as my phone contact says. She is a wonderful woman and we have navigated numerous seasons of life and transitions and have lived to tell the tale! She loves reading, writing, coffee and Jesus (although not in that order) and she has always supported my dreams!
